Thank you Daily Kos community for supporting Arizona rural and tribal voters!

Thank you from Navajo County Democrats - Northeast Arizona Native Democrats.

Thank you Daily Kos community for having our back! Many of you have donated, volunteered, connected us to a larger community, and amplified our stories. We are grateful for your support and friendship. We could not do this work without you.

Arizona Democratic candidates won because of you! These races were close and our early ground game made all the difference.

We held the U.S. Senate, elected a Democratic governor for the first time in 13 years, kept critical seats, and expanded outreach. This despite efforts to make it harder for rural and tribal voters.

Your continued support is moving the needle and turn our state a deeper shade of blue. These races were hard fought and the tenacity of Navajo, Apache, and Coconino County, Northeast Arizona Native, White Mountain, and Little Colorado River Democrats' organizers and volunteers won the day.

There is more work to do. We have federal and state seats we could not hold or flip, and we are already figuring on how we can win these future races.

Also, this week we are recruiting local community members to help with the recount of the Attorney General and Superintendent of Public Schools races.

Please stay connected with us. We'll need your help. Planning and prep for 2024 has already started

Candidate congrats and thank you poster.

Arizona candidate congrats and thank you poster.

Congratulations and thank you candidates. Our region covers AZ CD-02, and AZ LD-06 and LD-07.

Your support lead Democratic victories for the vital offices of the Governor, Secretary of State, and Attorney General; and, Arizona is sending a Democrat back to the US Senate. We will also send Navajo citizens Mae Peshlakai, Myron Tsosie, and Teresa Hatathlie to represent Legislative District 6. In LD 7, Kyle Nitschke’s outstanding campaign built important inroads with voters and drove overall turnout. With Kris Mayes winning her race for Arizona Attorney General by just 510 votes, you can see your efforts made a difference.

Help continue the work year-round & build rural and Native power for 2024 and beyond

Our teams’ work did not stop on Election Day. We had organizers and volunteers curing ballots up until the deadline, assisting with county elections logic & accuracy tests, and hand counts to verify machine counts (prior to and after Election Day). This week (11/28/22) we are recruiting local community members to help with the recount of the Attorney General and Superintendent of Public Schools races. So our work is not done. All your support makes a difference. Thank you.
